I’m sure you can use all the help you can get doing such magical things. You and your crew have made dad a very happy guy. His health and wellbeing have improved so much since joining you. We are so grateful. Client’s daughter
I don’t know what I would do if I could not come here

It is like coming home, coming to L’Chaim, everyone is so kind”.
I enjoy the Kosher lunches and especially to socialize during lunch with volunteers and other clients.

Wow Annica … Thank you !!!
I feel so good about what has been worked out for Mom/xxx, and am particularly happy to hear how well she has settled into the L’Chaim program. She’s such a trooper.
So thank you to the two of you for coming up with this plan. I really appreciate what you have done. You’re both very sweet.

Mum arrived home fine but was frightened. Hoping that she acclimates to the van rapidly as both gentlemen today were exceptionally kind and gentle. Again, our family cannot express our great appreciation of you and your entire wonderful team. I thank you for all that you have done and do. I truly believe that your program is truly the best of the best.
We would like to express our gratitude for the L’Chaim program in the Jewish Community Centre of Greater Vancouver, which has had such a profound impact on our dad, Jacob “Jack” Margalit. It was our pleasure to attend the recent Chanukah celebration, just after we stepped off a plane from Boston, and were once again reminded of how much Annica (Carlsson) and all the wonderful staff of L’Chaim have added to the quality of our father’s life and outlook.
For us, his children living so very far away, it’s truly appreciated in every sense. We have come to expect weekly updates when speaking with him regarding all the new experiences he has observed and enjoyed at L’Chaim. He enjoys the interactions between participants and the stimulation that the program offers. It has expanded his world of experience and has opened up topics of conversation, adding to his quality of life. Having been a very engaged and connected person, L’Chaim has generated a motivation to reconnect more actively with people. He also loves seeing the intergenerational range of people that are part of the general Jewish community and it has reconnected him to an environment of Yiddishkeit that he warmly recognizes.
With best wishes,
Nathan and Pearl-Anne Margalit (Amherst, MA)
